Hi. This wasnt very clear if Dr Brandt pores no more Pore Purifying Cleanser is safe while pregnant. I have read that salicylic acid is safe to use 2x a day if less than 2%. I’d appreciate a response, confirming if the product is safe.

On my site I’ve been very clear that there is no amount of Salicylic Acid that is considered safe, which is why products with Salicylic Acid are listed under not safe for pregnancy throughout the entire site. At no time have I stated that they are safe.
