Too Faced Loves Sephora Anniversary Palette Review and Swatches

Product Sent for Review

Too Faced Loves Sephora 15 Years Of Beauty PaletteI’m a sucker for palettes, and the ones I seem to reach for the most often are all from Too Faced! This So Cal brand makes all of my favorite palettes, so I was really excited when they sent me their Too Faced Loves Sephora Anniversary Palette. It has 2 basic shadows that everyone needs, some fun colors, an amazing blush and some great matte bronzers that are just sun kissed enough without being orange. Not to mention that slot for a travel sized Shadow Insurance Primer.

So, basically this is the perfect palette to take with you anywhere. All you need is a great BB cream and a mascara, this palette and you should be good to go!

Beautiful palette, I would totally take this on vacation. I do wonder, how did you get sephora/TF to send this to you for free? I read your disclosure page, but it didn't particularly say. Did you contact them or perhaps the other way around?

I work directly with Too Faced's PR and they sent it to me. I don't contact PR on my own usually, they'll email me with a pitch and I respond to a very small number of them and will sometimes ask for a sample if they offer and I think I need to experience the product to write about it. A lot of stuff just shows up at my house, which is actually not as cool as it sounds… I have so much stuff my office is overflowing and I'm often just overwhelmed.

This palette has been in my Sephora cart for so long. So Cal & 525 Market are so pretty! I am such a sucker for pinks! 🙂

I really like how this palette has such a wide variety of colours! It has a nice mix of more ordinary shades as well as some more exciting ones for times when you want to change things up a bit.

Do you know if the TF bronzers are safely formulated for use on the eyes as well? I'm not all that crazy about putting on a chocolate scented powder on my crazy-sensitive eyelids but still would be good to know…bc that would explain the lack of more brown's in the palette.

I don't know actually if they're ok for the eyes. I didn't swatch the bronzers because when I put them on my arm I had a pretty hard time getting them to show up for pics, I think they're well pigmented for a bronzer but it would be hard to get them to work for a shadow.
