You can pretty much find info out there about avoiding everything possible, much of which isn’t based on much. Neither are considered an ingredient to avoid by the medical community. Ok, I’m confused about these 2 because their ingredients are so different and I would have thought they would be more alike!
#1 Safe for pregnancy and nursing!!! There are like 3 cushions total that are safe, this is a huge find.
#2 Avoid in pregnancy and nursing due to retinoid, chemical sunscreen, salicylate.

Hi Christine, I remember not using the soft matte concealer last pregnancy and for this one completely didn’t think about the ingredient and am so concerned as have been using on and off this pregnancy to spot treat. Obviously will not use but am already over 30 weeks 🙁

In all seriousness, pregnancy and the postpartum period are great for producing anxiety that can be very impairing in everyday life. PPA is a big thing, just like PPD. When I’m working in the newborn nursery (which is a LOT) I talk about anxiety when I talk about depression. If it is becoming overwhelming, please talk to your doctor about it and make sure you and your partner know not only what to watch out for, but also have resources to help with anxiety. **Hugs to you!**
