Pregnancy safe beauty products can be super difficult and confusing. This has chemical sunscreens and salicylate. Ok for nursing but not pregnancy.
I see the butyloctyl salicylate but where is the chemical sunscreen? In active ingredients it only lists zinc oxide 24.08%. Thanks.
The ones under “active ingredients” are being used as topical drugs to achieve their SPF value. Brands put chemical sunscreens in products all the time (even night creams) to prolong the shelf life. In this product it’s the ethylhexyl methoxycrylene
