I know that I’m not the only one whose hair is starting to act up lately. I’ve been working non-stop it seems over the holidays at my “real” job, which means very little time with my family and even less time for me and my hair! That’s when the arctic freeze came roaring into Michigan. The cold weather, lower humidity and more time inside has combined with being seriously overdue for a salon appointment, resulting in dry hair that is frizzy and difficult to manage. I need some hair pampering, STAT!
Recently I was in Costco, and came across this shampoo and conditioner bundle from Nexxus. Yes, they really do have salon level hair care at Costco. And this duo (Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Nexxus Humectress Conditioner) is currently in stores as a bundle pack. This made it into my cart so fast! These are 2 of my favorite shampoo/conditioners.
The duo pack has Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Nexxus Humectress Conditioner. They’re classic products for a reason, they really just work. They are perfect for hair that is dry or needs a little extra love, but will not weigh your hair down with conditioners that it doesn’t need. I swear after using these products once my hair feels softer, the frizz has calmed down and it is easier to style. I love how soft and shiny my hair is after using these products!
And I have to admit, the fact that these bottles are so big, and will last me the rest of the winter easily, doesn’t hurt! The savings is huge, and I’ve definitely saved time.
Since buying this Nexxus shampoo and conditioner duo, this has been my hair style. An easy, long wavy style. I have to state that my hair is actually pretty damaged and dry. I’ve been counting down the days, hours and minutes to my next hair salon appointment. To hide the straw-like condition of my hair I’ve been causing even more damage by curling my hair.
After starting to use the Nexxus products, my hair is noticeably softer, and it looks much healthier. Instead of adding a lot of product and styling my hair, I’ve been combing it and the scrunching up with a towel. I then let air dry. I use no product! The end result is hair with a bit of wave, I just pull it back with a barrette. It’s quick and easy, but it also got me a lot of compliments at work!
When was the last time you let your dry, winter hair air dry?
