Should I be concerned if my hair dresser used the Angel Wash on me? I know the Angel Rinse is okay, but I just saw that the Rinse has acid in it. Since I’m sensitive to smell, she was trying to use a more subtle scent. This was my first haircut since I’ve been pregnant and routinely use Eufora or Seen shampoon at home which are considered safe by you. I’ve been trying to keep my product use simple and now I’m worried that I could have hurt the baby.

Retinoids are the #1 thing to avoid in pregnancy.

Hi. I have a question about the Hydrate Me Wash – I bought this yesterday (and used it once) after seeing on the Kevin Murphy website that all of their products are safe for pregnancy. However, after discovering your list I realized that it has retinyl palmitate and am now freaking out that I have used it! Obviously I won’t use it again but is retinyl palmitate extremely harmful with one use? I’m 6 weeks pregnant and actively avoid everything unsafe, so needless to say I’m v worried that I have used it. Your site is so helpful. Thank you so much 🙂
