Every Day Favorite Face Makeup from a beauty blogger! My favorite BB Creams, concealers, foundations and more, all in one updated post.
For the Beauty Spotlight Team we’ve been sharing the 5-10 products that we repurchase over and over. I couldn’t narrow down my favorites to so few, so I’m sharing all of my favorites in a much overdue Every Day Favorites update! Today I’m sharing my favorite BB Creams, Concealers, etc. Everything I use to help my dark under eye circles, and red rosacea go away! I’ll be sharing more favorites like mascaras and even hair care in upcoming posts.
Favorite BB Creams
I’m a sucker for a good BB cream, and I have probably… 15 in my drawer right now. Different price points, brands, even just different shades of the same product. I use one even on days that I’m planning to use foundation (I use a lot less foundation that way). I typically chose that day’s BB Cream based on how much coverage I need.
Light to Medium Coverage: Erborian BB Creme (full review here) Buy it at Sephora
Medium to Full Coverage: It Cosmetics CC Illuminating Cream (more info here) Buy it at Sephora or ULTA
Other Face Products
I have a lot of other products that I love to use in addition to my BB Creams.
YSL Touche Eclat Correctors Buy it at Sephora Depending on the day, I’ll use a green corrector (for redness around my nose) or a peach corrector (for dark undereye circles). I’ve tried a lot of different ones, but I keep coming back to these splurges from YSL. They blend well, don’t get cakey and are just the right tint to color correct the issue without tinting my skin too much. Read more about how to use a color corrector.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Buy it from Sephora or Nordstrom This is my go-to face powder. I gently pat it over my undereye area and my T-zone to set my makeup without obvious powder.
Kat Von D Lock-It Brightening Powder Buy it from Sephora When I remember (aka- when I can find it in my vanity), I really love to use this powder under my eyes instead. It’s also very finely milled and you can’t see it on my skin, but it has a faint tint to it. It really helps brighten up under my eyes and helps me hide my undereye circles when I’m post call.
