I use a smallish round flat top brush usually the It Cosmetics for ULTA Airbrush Serum Foundation Brush #131. It’s a little bit angled, which I like. I just run the brush all over my face in tight circles pretty quickly to help blend and buff the foundation into my skin, it spreads it around and blends it in a lot. Sometimes I’ll take a BeautyBlender sponge and gently pat it over any problem areas afterwards, but that’s mostly just under my eyes and around my nose a little. I hope that helps!

For the foundation stick. And what type/brand of brush? Thanks!
