I’m not sure why it has taken me soooo long to get this post up, but it really has. (I guess I did mention this palette over in my Makeup Wars: Must Have Makeup Palettes post earlier this month.)

When Too Faced released their Rock n’ Roll and Country Palettes this summer, I was convinced that I would be using Country much more often. Instead it’s the Rock n’ Roll palette that has taken up permanent residence on my vanity counter.

There are 9 shades included in this palette, and 7 of them are brand new (I really am not sure which 2 are the oldies). Like other Too Faced palettes they’re organized into “looks”, though I usually don’t use them in this way, I tend to skip around picking what I feel like for that day.

I’ve found that New Romantic is perfect for my entire lid. I like to use a little Glam Rock in my crease. Those 2 together are great as a neutral look. From there I’ll sometimes add one of the darker colors at my lash line (usually over a black liner, I use a stiff angled brush to add just a bit of color), and sometimes New Wave will find its way into my inner corner or onto my brow bone.

This is a great palette, definitely check it out if you need some good neutrals and want a little fun color too!
