I just want to quit working and lay out in the sun to soak up my vitamin D! (plus sunscreen...which really just negatives the vitamin d...)

I love exercising but had to stop a year ago from overdoing it, jogging over 40 miles per week, and suffering from a bunch of tiny bone fractures in my feet. I don't feel well anymore, my feet have healed and now, its time to start exercising again, only this time, I'll be fast walking and not overdoing it. Well, it's nowhere near warm here. Yet. But, I have been eating lighter/healthier. I'm focusing on eating more veggies and cutting out sugar completely.

When the weather gets warm, I rotate my bath/body scents. In the cooler months I like warm vanillas and rich scents...in spring/summer I like citrus and floral. In summer I love coconut!

My job can be stressful, demanding and odd hours, so I make sure to take 30 minutes for myself every day. Go for a walk, read a book, play with makeup... whatever as long as it takes me away from the job and lets me focus on my well being. It makes for a happier Kate. :)
Sounds like a great body wash! Take as little as 15 mins a day to walk out in the sun. Since I live in the Northeast, a lot of residents here don't get enough vitamin D's. It's nice out in March. I focus more on walking and exercising outside than indoors during the weekends. It's a lot of fun now in the spring season.
