Rain Conceal... Reveal: Lightweight with Added Benefits

Rain Reveal Conceal, foundation, tinted moisturizer, review
This new foundation from Rain Cosmetics promises a lot of things. Medium to full coverage but a lightweight feeling? Anti-oxidants and broad spectrum UV coverage with SPF 15? Can it actually do all of that?

Actually, it really does.

For the last few weeks I've been wearing Baby Doll Bisque, which is the lightest shade available and is a nearly perfect match for my skin (it might be... about 1/4 shade too light). It comes out of the tube thicker than most liquid foundations, it almost has a spongy consistency. I apply it mostly using my fingers, I start in the center of my face and work my way outwards. It blends in almost perfectly using just my fingers, I only need to use a sponge (I'm using my Beauty Blender in the areas around my eyes, mouth and nose.

The coverage is medium initially when I apply it this way, and I can very easily layer on a little bit more to increase the coverage where I need it. Added layers do blend in very well. I found that I had very natural looking coverage, and yes, it is lightweight! I can't feel it on my face.

I purchased this recently and love it. It's definitely a full cover foundation and applies very dry, but the finish is great :)
