Epicare At Home Facial Hair Remover

epicare
As much as I talk about hair removal everyone probably thinks that I'm a hairy monkey. But, I swear to you that I'm not! I simply hate to have excess hair, I'm the person that will tweeze, wax or shave everyday if I need to in order to remove any extra hair.

For facial hair I've used Sally Hansen pre-waxed strips for years. But, these strips are sticky (they require using a wax removing oil after use) and since the wax does touch my skin I end up with red skin for an hour or two afterwards. Which makes waxing a bad option for everyday use.

So, I have been looking for another option for everyday use. I have a friend who threads her face almost everyday, but I've never been able to get the technique down. I found a great alternative though, Epicare is a great product from Malaysia which with a simple bend and twisting motion (see image) will pull the hairs out from the root. There's a faint tingling sensation, but overall it works and is much less painful than waxing. Since the skin is not touched at all there's no redness to deal with! I think this will be a great product to travel with as well!

I got my Epicare through Epicare So Easy, which is one of several authorized US distributors.

Actually it doesn't touch my skin at all. It just glides right over it and only grabs the hair. With waxing I definitely get some redness/irritation of the skin in that area, and waxing hurts me quite a bit more (again, I think this is because it is touching the skin). This definitely isn't 100% pain free, but it's about 1/3 the pain of waxing for me, if that helps!

  5. Well so this is a definite pick with the info provided in this post. Anything to get away from the pain of waxing indeed.

    Thank you.

  7. I've been using Epicare for more than 3 years now. I buy one every 12 months or so. I got mine from www.facialhairthreading.com I guess they must be the main distributor for the product since they have been selling Epicare for the last 5 years.

  8. Goto epicarehome.com they are the official distributors of epicare.
I buy from there and facialhairthreading.com sells fake ones so do no buy them.
