Turns out that I was wrong, oh so wrong.
This scrub is based on whipped shea butter, and it is incredibly moisturizing! I love this stuff!
The texture of the scrub is very interesting. It's definitely based on shea butter but there is so much sugar packed in to make it a scrub that it almost crumbles in your hand. When you rub it on your skin you can feel the sugar scrubbing your skin, but at the same time the shea butter is literally melting in to your skin.
What's left is super moisturized skin (the water was actually beading up on my skin!), and a little bit of a sugar coating. It's actually hard to rinse off the sugar because of the butter, but a few wipes of your hand under the water and you should be all set.
Once I got out of the shower I found that the claims were right- even on my super dry eczema skin no lotion was needed! A miracle!
The scrub comes in Coconut Melon (a light tropical scent that I loved), Lavendar, Vanilla and Unscented.
Pure Cane Sugar, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea butter), Coconut Oil (cocos nucifera), Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Olea europaea(Olive Oil) Castor Oil (Ricinus communis) Isopropyl Myristate, Squalene(from olives) Citric Acid, Fragrance, Vitamin E
