Become Reveal Enzyme Peel Review and Ingredients

You may have noticed that I have a liking for skin care products that exfoliate. From scrubs and alpha hydroxy acid gels to super exfoliating masks, I have tried it all!

After my previous fantastic experience with a Become product (and a scrub at that), I really wanted to try out the Reveal Enzyme Peel. Become's website promises that this is:
A gentle peel that exfoliates the skin with natural fruit extracts and soothes with Aloe Leaf juice to reveal a fresh smooth complexion.

As well, the description of the directions on the website made it all seem very deceptively simple: Apply to dry skin, let it sit there for 1-2 minutes, then rub it until I feel little beads, wipe and rinse off. If you want, you can use this mask up to three times a week.

I definitely have to say that I think this mask delivers what it promises. I've been using it now for a few weeks, and not only is it truly that simple; but the results are much better than you would think would come from a 1-2 minute mask.

Since this mask only takes a few minutes, even I (super time pressed girl) can squeeze it into my morning routine on those days that I don't look my greatest. After a restless night, I awoke looking haggard and no amount of moisturizer would make me look back to my normal self. I used this mask quickly, and I literally saw a complete turn around in my skin. I had radiant skin again, it was smooth and my makeup applied much more easily! This mask is the perfect solution for those days! ( I think it may be time for me to buy stock in this company!)

I'm not entirely certain how this works. The website cites Aloe, Green Tea Extract and "Fruit Acids" (usually code word for alpha hydroxy acid) as the active ingredients. A glance at the ingredients does show that Aloe is the 1st (and therefore in highest amount) ingredient. There are also a lot of fruits listed, leading me to believe that this truly is simply an alpha hydroxy acid mask. It's just a very fast and amazing one!

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Butylene Glycol, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Papain, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit. E), Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Extract, Ananas Sativus (Pineapple) Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Retinyl Palmitate (Vit. A), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Parfum.

I have super sensitive skin and have been using this product for a few years and it is a God send, my skin is baby smooth after using it and your makeup glides on a breeze.
